Care App Permissions FAQ

Outline

Use this guide as a quick-peek to determine which app groups are required for our most frequently asked about Care App functions. 

Note in order to edit staff member permissions, the user must have the following permissions;

  1. Admin In the Management Group

Notifications for Escalated Alerts Care Staff Yes
Edit/Archive a Resident Management  Yes
Assign/Reassign Button Management No
Override Care Confirmation Management Yes

Edit Door Schedules Management No
Receive Care Observation Alerts Nurse/Medtech No
