How do I update Sage if a resident is not at the facility either temporarily or permanently?

If a resident is temporarily out of your facility you can place them "On Hold"

To place the resident on hold, follow the steps below:

1. Tap on the Community tab

2. Scroll or use the search function to find the resident in question

3. Select the resident

4. Tap the pencil icon in the top right corner

5. Scroll to the button and tap Place Resident on Hold

6. You will see the On-Hold icon next to the resident on the facility page

If a resident is permanently out of your facility you can archive them

To archive the resident, follow the steps below:

1. Select Community tab

2. Scroll or use the search function to find the resident in question

3. Select the resident

4. Tap the pencil icon in the top right corner

5. Scroll to the button and tap Archive Resident

6. You will see the Archived icon next to the resident on the facility page
