The Sage button is constructed to withstand most splashes and light contact with water (ie washing hands or light rainfall).

Not Waterproof
The Sage button is not designed to be submerged in water or survive extreme conditions such as going through a wash cycle.
- If the device has come in contact with waterIf the Sage button has come in contact with water we recommend testing the button to confirm it is functioning as expected. Simply press the button to see that it triggers an alert in the Sage app and is working as expected. When clearing this alert be sure to select "Found Device (Administrative)" to confirm the alert was related to a test and not a care interaction.
