Title: How do I stop Sage notifications (text messages) coming to my personal phone?

Instructions:

  • When logging in to Sage you will be asked if you are using a Company Device for your shift. If you select that you are not using a company device then Sage alerts will default to your personal phone number. In order to change this you will need to log out and log back into Sage to update your selection.
  • To end alerts you will need to log out of Sage and choose to "End Shift". If you do not log out and end shift you may still receive alerts sent to your company device or personal phone.
  • If you are not at the facility but still receiving alerts on your personal device you can stop these notifications by logging out of Sage. If you have the Sage website saved to your personal device simply visit the website, log out, and end your shift to end notifications. If you do not have access to the Sage website you can still access it from home by entering this address into your web browser "(enterprise name).hellosage.com". Simply replace (enterprise name) with the name of the corporate enterprise that runs your facility. 

Outcome: If you follow the steps above it should end all alerting to your personal device. If you are still receiving alerts or you are unable to follow the steps above, please contact Sage Support for further troubleshooting.
