1: Incorrect Phone Number:
Steps to Resolve:
- Have a manager verify that the phone number in your user profile is correct.
2: No Text Message or Authentication Code was received:
Steps to Resolve:
- Please ensure the following number has not been blocked on your personal phone: 908-293-9628.
3: Invalid Authentication code
Steps to Resolve:
- Ensure you are entering the most recent authentication code received.
- Wait 25 seconds and tap resend the code. Once the new code is received enter it into Sage.
4: Too many unsuccessful logins
Steps to Resolve:
- Call or Text Sage Support to unlock your account.
- Once unlocked have the code resent to your phone and enter it into Sage.
