How do I save the Sage Care App to my phone's home screen?

For iOS/Safari

  1. Visit app.hellosage.com  from your web browser
  2. Tap the share icon found in the menu bar (this should look like a square with an arrow coming out of it)
  3. Find and tap on the "Add to Home Screen" option
  4. Set the name of the home screen link and tap "Add" in the top right corner when you are done

For Android/Chrome

Note: Adding Sage to your home screen for Android devices is not required to receive Sage Notifications. Users will be asked to allow notifications the first time they log in on an Android device. 

  1. Visit app.hellosage.com from your web browser
  2. Tap the menu icon (three vertical dots) in the top right corner of the screen
  3. Select the "Add to Home Screen" option from this menu
  4. Set the name of the home screen link and tap "Add" when you are done
