Logging in to Sage with Email

Before logging in to Sage with an email address you will need to be entered into the system by a facility team member. The email you wish to use for your login must be the same email associated with your Sage profile. Please partner with your manager or contact Sage Support to make any adjustments or to address any issues.

Log In with Email (Before Password is Created)

  1. Open Sage

  2. Tap on the Login Using Email link.

  3. Tap on Forgot password?

  4. Enter the email associated with your Sage profile and tap Continue.
  5. You will receive an email from support@hellosage.com with instructions to set the password for your email login.
  6. Open the email from Sage and tap on the Confirm button
  7. You will now have to create a password for your Sage login. Note the criteria for the password creation.

  8. Enter the chosen password twice to verify it is entered correctly. If you receive an error message you may need to retype your desired password or confirm it meets the criteria for password creation.
  9. Tap Reset Password, when you are done
  10. Your password for email login to Sage is now set. Return to the email login screen to login and start your shift.

Log In with Email (After Password is Created)

  1. From a Sage company phone, click on the Sage icon to access the login page.

  2. Tap on the Switch to email login here link.

  3. Enter your email and Sage password.

  4. Tap Continue to start your shift.

Starting your shift

The first time you login, you will need to choose the care level where you are working:

Your experience in the app will change depending on which care zones you are monitoring. To check-in residents, you must be logged into Independent Living. You will have not see alerts and residents for the zone(s) you have selected at log in and you will NOT see any alerts or residents for the zones you have not selected.

  1. Select the zone of the facility you are working in during your shift. If you are working in Independent Living during your shift then tap the Independent Living option

  2. Tap the Confirm button, once you have selected your zone(s).

  3. You will be asked if you are using a company phone. Select Yes.

  4. Select the name of the company phone you are using. The name of the phone is on the back of the company phone.

Logging Out and Changing Care Zone

  1. To log out of your shift or to change your current care zone, tap on your profile image found at the top right of the screen to open the More menu. If you do not have a profile image you may see your initials instead.

  2. At the top of this page you will see the My Shift button. Select this button if you need to change which level of care you see in Sage. You can also end your shift by selecting the “End Shift” button from this page.

  3. Additionally, on the More screen you can find the Log Out button at the bottom of the page.

  4. Press Log Out and then select End Shift and Log Out to log out of Sage at the end of your shift.
