Follow the steps below in this article to edit existing resident profiles. This process can be used to update resident ADL, contacts, DNR, and personal identifying information (PII).
Note in order to edit a resident profile the user must have the following permissions;
- In the Management Group
- Set as a Management Admin in the group settings
New Resident Profile Checklist
- Add Resident to Sage
- Assign Unit
- Assign Personal Pendant
- Update DNR Status
- Update ADL Data
- Update Contacts (Emergency, Doctor, Hospital)
Editing Resident Profiles and Adding Health Data
- Visit the Residents tab
- If resident is a new entry tap +Add Resident button to add them to the community. Enter basic resident data and save before moving to the next step
- Search for an find the resident in the Residents tab. Tap on residents profile to continue
- From the Resident Profile screen tap on the Edit icon (pencil) in the top right corner. *If you do not see this icon you may not have the correct permissions for your account to edit resident health data*
- You can now add and edit the resident data on the Edit Resident Profile screen.
- Be sure to Save or Update each new entry depending on the data you are editing. If you press the Back icon in the top left corner before saving or updating your edits may not be saved.
- Once you have successfully updated the resident data you should see a banner at the top of the screen noting that you have saved your edits properly.
- We recommend revisiting the residents profile page once updating their profile to ensure all updates have been saved and are displaying properly.
