Note in order to add a resident photo to a resident profile the user must have the following permissions;
- In the Management Group
- Set as a Management Admin in the group settings
- OR
- In the Care Staff Group
- Set as a Care Manager in their staff profile settings.
Follow the steps below when adding a resident’s photo to their profile.
Adding a Resident Photo to their Profile
- Take a photo of the resident using the camera application on your selected device.
- Visit your community’s Sage website and log in to your account.
- Select Residents from the menu at the bottom of the page.
- Find the resident’s profile by scrolling this page or using the search bar.
- On the Resident Profile page, tap on the pencil icon in the top right corner of the page.
- You will see the resident has an icon with their initials at the top of the page. Select the Edit Profile Image button right below this icon.
- Select Choose Photo and navigate the devices image gallery to find the photo of the resident you would like to add.
