Tasks are requests created by staff members for other staff members. Tasks are upcoming events that need to happen in the future.
You can use tasks for reminders too by assigning a task to yourself.
Creating a Task
To Create a Task from the Task menu:

Tap the Tasks menu option

Tap the + Add Task button

Fill out all task details including the assignee and timeframe.

Tap Add Task to finish creating task
To Create a Task from the Today tab:
- Tap the +Add Task shortcut
- Fill out the task details including the assignee and timeframe
- Tap Add Task to finish creating task
To Create a Task from a staff member profile:

Tap the Team Menu option

Find the team member you want to assign the task to

Tap on the staff member name

Tap the Assign task button

Fill out all task details including assignee and requested completion date

Tap Add Task to finish creating task
Once a task assignee starts their shift they will receive a text message notifying them that a task has been assigned. If already on shift the text message notification will be immediate.
Viewing and Resolving Task

Tap the Tasks menu option to view all tasks

The Assigned to Me tab contains tasks assigned to you
The Unclaimed tab contains all open tasks assigned to your group.
The All tab contains all open tasks. -
Once the task is completed select Mark as Done to complete the task
