Logging Care
Logging care will help show the full care needs of a resident and lets you get credit for those extra things you do. Use Log Care to track care activity that is unrelated to an alert - anything from an emergency or fall to emptying their trash.
How to Log Care:

Tap the Residents menu.

Scroll or use the search function to find the resident.
Tap units to see residents grouped by unit or tap the search icon to quickly find a specific resident by typing their name.

Tap the resident's name to view their profile.
Resident profiles contain important resident information including DNR status, ADLs, primary physician, and emergency contact information.

Tap Log Care to log the care given.

Select all the care given from the list displayed. Multiple care types can be selected
- Tap Select
- Add any additional notes (optional) and tap Submit
Partner with your management team if you have any questions on how to categorize care given.
View Resident Profiles
Resident Profiles contain important resident information including DNR status, ADL’s, primary physician and emergency contact information.
Resident Profile can be viewed via the Residents menu option or within an alert by tapping on the residents name.
How to View a Resident Profile:

Tap the Residents menu to see all residents sorted by unit number.
Tap the Sort By filter and select Resident Name to update this list and view residents sorted by their first name alphabetically

Scroll or use the search function to find the resident.

To open a resident profile tap on the resident name.
You can also view a resident profile from within an alert by tapping on the resident’s name.
