How to Communicate with your Team

All members of the staff who use Sage have a profile. From within Sage you can call any other on-shift care staff by following the instructions below:

To see and contact other members of your team:

  1. Tap the Team menu option.
  2. Scroll or use the search function to find the team member you’d like to contact
  3. Tap on the team member to either call them or assign them a task

Additional Notes

  • Any on-shift team members will have a green dot next to their name.
  • You can use the Status filter under the search bar to limit the results to team members who are on-shift. 
  • If the team member is using a company phone during their shift, the name of the company phone will be listed in the Call field of their profile.
  • Any calls made to on-shift care staff will go to their company phone unless they are logged in using a personal device.
