Log In
Before logging in to Sage for the first time you will need to be entered into the system by a community team member. Please partner with your manager or contact Sage Support if you have any issues logging in for your shift.

From a Sage device, click on the Sage icon to access the login page.

Enter your personal mobile phone number on the log in page.

You will receive a verification code via text; enter your verification code on this page to proceed.

Next you will need to authorize the app to have access to your account. Tap Accept to continue.
(This is a one time step. Once authorized you will not see this page the next time you login)
Starting your shift
The first time you login, you will need to choose the care level where you are working:
Your experience in the app will change depending on which care zones you are monitoring. You will only see alerts and residents for the zone(s) you have selected at log in and you will NOT see any alerts or residents for the zones you have not selected.

Select the zone(s) you are working in during your shift.

Tap the “Confirm Selection” button, once you have selected your zone(s).

You will be asked to confirm the phone you have in your hand.
- Select the name of the company phone you are using. (The name is printed on the back of the phone.)
- Tap Select and then Claim this Phone to complete your selection.
- You will arrive on the Today page and can start monitoring for incoming alerts.
Logging Out and Changing Care Zone

To log out of your shift or to change your current care zone, tap on your profile image found at the top right of the screen to open the More menu. If you do not have a profile image you may see your initials instead.

At the top of this page you will see the My Shift button. Select this button if you need to change which level of care you see in Sage.

Additionally, on the More screen you can find the End Your Day button at the bottom of the page.

Press End Your Day and then select Log Out twice to log out of Sage and end your shift.
