Why am I not receiving escalation texts?

 

In all cases, and to receive any text notifications please ensure the following is true:

  1. You are logged into Sage
  2. You have selected the device you are using.
  3. You see a green dot over your profile picture or initials in the top right corner of the Today page.
  4. You have not blocked the Sage notification number

To receive 10 minute escalations you must have the following permissions: 

  1. Ensure you are a member of the Care Staff group

To receive 20 minutes escalations you must have the following permissions: 

  1. Ensure you are set as an Admin of the Care Staff group (This can be set in the Team tab under the Group section)
